Sir i will payment my idea no - but payment is failed And my balance id deduct on my bank account Payment date - 23 aug 2016 Complaint date - 24 aug 2016 Ref : 05931498 your query with paytm care (Sf) To me Hello, Thank you for writing to us, and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We have checked your transaction and found that paytm has not received the amount.in such a case, the refund for the paid amount is initiated automatically. In case your transaction was through a bank then it would take about 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account. However some banks may take longer than 7 working days. This process is governed by the bank itself. In case if the paytm wallet is also involved in the payment then the deducted amount will be reversed back to your wallet within 24 hours. In case of any further delay, you may contact your source payee. I. E. Bank for bank transaction or paytm for wallet transactions. Should you need any further assistance, please write to us.
