Paytm Mobile Solutions — Ozean water filter/ not providing replacement or service within warranty period | |||||
I bought Ozean water filter (order id [protected]) on 20th March with a 6 month warranty. Its not even a month and the power plug is not working. I am calling the customer care people from last 4 days and they are just making excuses, they are telling that the service provide is coming and their service provider in Bangalore is saying the company has told him not provide any service.We are drinking impure water from last 5 days which is causing serious concerns to our health. I have raised complaint to Paytm also but they are not responding. I want sue sue paytm for promoting and putting false information about such fake companies and playing with customers health. They have mentioned 'Paytm trust', 100% assurance and all false things on their website. Was this information helpful? | |||||
