I have transformed money bt money had bedeted to my acount BT did not credited in my friends account. I need my money back what can I do for it

Please note that I booked a cooler on paytm worth rs 7390 and as per terms and conditions of Paytm I am suppose to receive 12% cash back . For that I wrote several emails to PAY TM reasoning for non payment of cash back but not received a single email acknowledging the same.
So I am force to put it here
