Paytm Mobile Solutions — paytm business a/c blocked without intimating. | |||
Paytm business a/c linked to [protected] have been blocked for scanning the own qr code. I have called the customer care many time to unlock the a/c but no response from them. There was no intimation of a/c blocking. I request to get an detail explanation along with the intimation if any. We receive the money from customers in our wallet as some dont prefer scanning the qr code, as such arises the business person are forced to scan there own qr code to send the money to bank a/c as we have to settle the payment of the suppliers. My merchant account is blocked without notice and getting below error:
Our risk engine has detected unfair usage pattern in your merchant account and hence, your payment acceptance has been put on hold.
i did 2/3 transaction from my paytm wallet to paytm business, some people were paying me on my wallet instead of QR code so i had to transferred it to my merchant account. but it never gave me any warning or any message that it is not allowed as per policy, if it was not allowed then it should be stopped at my first transaction only, now the last transaction i did is of Rs. 7500, it was deducted from Wallet but not showing to my business transaction history, it was not deposited to my bank and it is not returned to my wallet again. I don't know where my Rs. 7500 gone?
Customer Care is not giving me any answers on this
