This is with reference to order id [protected] wherein woollen kurtis were ordered of m size of designs as shown in the site but A) the size sent is xxl i do not know how is m related to xxl B) the designa are nowhere related to that shown on the site C) you simply cannot get through the call centre, i waited for 11/mins in the ivr with no luck and nobody bothered to call back D) there is no way we can get the product replaced which is simply stupid E) pay and wait for delivery, take a leave / half day for taking delivery and then wait for refund, but why Never buy from paytm, worse by far.
