Paytm Mobile Solutions — Paytm money did not received | |||||
On 18th March I have received a message and email as money credited to your account for two transactions but did not receive any amount to my account. For reference here are the transaction ids [protected] and [protected]. After raising a complaint, got a reply from PayTm saying call to this merchant service number [protected], but when I called this number it was a recorded voice explaining only about OTP and then auto disconnecting, tried multiple times but no response. So replied to that email, raised the same issue so that they will get to know the problem and resolve it asap. Unfortunately no one responded!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
