Inspite of sending multiple requests on Paytm postpaid app for the past 2 months, my postpaid account has not been closed and its still active.
I have already paid all the dues but my account has not been closed despite this.
I have already sent multiple emails to lending partner and many requests on postpaid but there is serious ignorance of my complaint and Fraud.
I need my postpaid account to be closed immediately before i take this matter in consumer court.
