[Resolved]  Paytm Mobile Solutions — Paytm wallet balance deducted

I had 500+ balance in my paytm wallet but after i installed app again and login to my account, everything is erased like my balance and all transactions made by me. I tried to approach customer care service but i didn't get any reply from them. Even when i try to get information about my account is shows error and no progress to my solutions.
