Paytm Mobile Solutions — Purchased product is not working | |||
Dear sir/madam, Greetings… I have purchased on laptop from paytm on dated[protected]. My order id is [protected] (Bill in my husband`s name – umashankar) When i received the delivery; it was a big surprise for me that laptop was getting on. I tried to get it on by charging for some time but it was dead. Later i wrote a mail to company on dated[protected] and received the reply on same day that “ i would like to inform you that your product is covered under manufacturer warranty of 1 year. I recommend that you visit the nearest service center in order to avail this.” I wrote them back that why i should visit the service centre; while product is defective? Why i should take a defective product after paying full amount? Later, after my continuous reminders on dated 12-11, 14-11 company had asked for the images of laptop. That too i forwarded them on[protected]. After this, i had sent them reminders on 7-12, 14-12, 18-12 and 4-1-2017 but company is keeping mum. Not a single reply from them. So i am requesting you kindly take my issue with company asap. (Friends be aware before purchasing any products from paytm; after my so bad experience.)
