Paytm Mobile Solutions — Received wrong product and now paytm is not responding | |||||
My paytm order is [protected]. I placed the order for oppo F3 gold mobile but received oppo A57. from two days, I am trying to contact paytm regarding the wrong product delivered of amount 20k. I've sent mails as well as request from app account also but not getting any response from your side. Its completely the harassment for the customer as there is no customer care number where we can talk to executive directly. Jul 08, 2017 Updated by silkygupta I am not able to raise the replacement request from their website as it showing the same error again and again and on app no option is for replacement/return. I request Paytm to plz return my product and refund my amount asap. | |||||
