Paytm Mobile Solutions — Regarding to payment loss during settlement of all transaction of day | |||
Hi Paytm Care, It was unexpected for me that my all received transactions of 12th April amount is 9000 rupees but you transferred only 8350 rupees to my bank account on 13th April & settled time is 05:55 AM, How is it possible ?? So please resolve the same issue as soon as possible. Account Details as given below: Account mobile No - [protected] Dated on 12th April, 2017 Wallet Transaction ID - [protected] Bank Transaction ID[protected] Same problem with my other Account : Actual received amount of all transaction of 12th April is 5000 but you transferred only 1650 rupees to my bank account on 13th April & settled time time is 6:02 AM. Account Details as given below: Account mobile No - [protected] Wallet Transaction ID - [protected] Bank Transaction ID[protected] We sent you mail and call many times but i didn't get any call or reply from your side. how's your service... if you are doing with other merchant then one day you will lost all your merchant services. Very bad experience with Paytm services. If today, you have not resolve my problem then i will post on twitter, Facebook & Quora and many more social website.
