Paytm Mobile Solutions — Return pickup is not picked by any agent

Dear sir/madam
i am Agaldutikar Srikanth I had requested for return pickup of order no :[protected] on 24/12/2020, but no response from paytm and not received any call or email. I had contacted to paytm office at raidurgam(Hyderabad) but no help from them they have given mobile number of Manjunath I called him so many times but he is not lifting my call, even I have messaged to him but no reply from him.
When i am raising query in 24/7 customer support they have closed my ticket by saying multiple tickets have raised with order no [protected].
Almost 7 days have been over but no response from paytm.
It is very disappointing that a reputed paytm company is not responding to it's customers.
