Paytm Mobile Solutions — wrong damaged and broken item in the original packing | |||||
Order id #[protected] in paytm I have placed the order worth rs 4000/- and what i received is a complete damaged, broken item and that too other brand but packed in original box. When i tried reaching the customer care email "[protected]@paytm.com" i am getting a return mail from [protected]@paytm.com saying "we do not monitor this email address.
