Paytm Mobile Solutions — Wrong Product sent and Moreover return pickup was not done ever after submitting return request

Although return request have been placed but however return pick is yet not done although Courier person came but he did not picked up the same he said to place return request again

Moreover i am not able to get in touch with customer care executive THIS IS THE MOST WORST THING EVER SEEN IN PAYTM TOTALLY WORST THIS
