Paytm — money deduced but recharge not recieved

I have recharged with paytm for Rs 50 and 30 to the phone no. [protected].. Payment orders are #[protected] and #[protected] which came successful but I had never got the recharge. Kindly credit the money back or atleast recharge to the no.. Several messages I have send but no response.. Kindly solve the problem
