Paytm — Money deducted on failed transaction

Dear Sir,

I have an account in PayTM wallet. I ordered goods from "Patanjali Ayurveda". The details of order are below:

Order # : [protected] | Order Date :[protected]:15 AM Order Status : Placed
Order amount of Rs 507/- was debited from wallet. But, Patanjali is saying that the amount was not transferred in their account.

Both PayTM & Patanjali are not replying that where Rs 507/- is gone & both are harassing me & now the PayTM site is blocked for me & emails are bouncing back.

Kindly suggest me all other email IDs of competent departments, where I can submit my complaint.
