Paytm — Money deducted, recharge not done

I recharged my cell ([protected]) on 17 sept 2014, order no:[protected] through paytm, money was deducted and i also got a message of recharge successful, but my cell was not recharged, i have been reporting my complaint several times, but no proper action has been taken. I just keep getting the auto generated mails. Kindly help me get my cash back or at least the recharge done
