[Resolved]  Paytm — My account temporarily blocked

My account is temporarily blocked from 19th of June I made complaint on [protected]@paytm.com having Ticket #[protected], after regular follow up I give requestion to service head & to grivelence officer but I am sorry to say that there is no response till time. I have huge amount in the paytm wallet, moreover I have return one of the item to the seller & they are not telling me when they will deposit the refund amount & courier charges to my account. I hereby request you to please resolve the issue at the earliest. The email conversation I had with them is given here under in the start there was response which was I think automotive & there after there is no response. I am tired writing so many mails for the problem & as there is big amount is involved I am so much interested to open my account so that I can withdraw my amount from you. If there is any technical problem then please tell me I can wait for the same. Please look into the same urgently. If you are unable to solve the issue please give me phone no & mail ID of your senior person so that I can mail & can make a call.
