Paytm — My bus was miss due to wrong time was mentioned over the paytm search

i had booked the bus ticket from kanpur to delhi on[protected] ticket was dated[protected] and the timing was showing on the paytm search 9:00 pm but when i called at 8ó clock the travel agency told me the bus departure time was 7:30 due to this confusion i lost my bus and money both.
