Dear Mam/Sir, I am very disappointed with my experience with paytm.com. This is my first purchase on paytm.com. I purchased this product on 23-Mar-2015 and delivery on[protected] Cognetix Walden CX811E Over-the-ear : 1. Microphone not working 2. Right side ear phone sound is low Please find the details which I reported to paytm.com at [protected]@paytm.com on Mar 26 2015 and Mar 28, 2015, My ticket numbers are[protected] and[protected] also[protected] however no response is received against this. Looking forward for favourable reply from you accepting my return/replacement of the defective product (Cognetix Walden CX811E Over-the-ear) as mentioned in your return policy while purchasing the item and refund the money accordingly.
