[Resolved]  Paytm — neither received order nor get any of refunfs

hello, i ordered shoes on 3rd sept and 9th sept. shoes which was ordered on 3rd sept was delivered on 8th sept. i had a problem in that shoes and i wrote an email to paytm regarding that shoes and ask them for return. than on 9th sept i ordered another shoes. on 10th of sept i received an email from paytm that your order was cancelled which was ordered on 9th sept. but the complaint was of regarding shoes which was ordered on 3rd sept(as my received on 8th sept by paytm). then after that i made many calls to paytm. not even a single was answered. then after trying again and again i was answered and promised that paytm cashback and order would be delivered in 2-3 days. then after giving the cashback they debited the cashback and till now i wrote many emails and called them several times. but there is no response. please help me. order id[protected] email [protected]@yahoo.com contact no -[protected] delivery address- inderpal singh 1885/27, kaith majri, ambala city 134003
