Paytm — non receipt of cashback

Sir i have made a payment to www.readwhere.com of Rs. 40.0 in promotion offer 120% cashback through transaction id A01F44A13A6EF71E. but sir still i havn't received any cashback in my account. please look in this matter and give me my cashback I lodged a complaint on 27 may regarding it and you said that due to technical error cashback will be added iin 24-48 hours but still i haven't received any cashback in my account. please give me either my cadhback or my money which i spent. Thanks.
