Paytm — Not deliver my product still yet commited date was 25th of April 2015

I have make purchase from paytm on 21st april. committed date of delivery was 25th of april but still i did not get that order, When i write email then every time they reply we will solve yr problem within 48-72 hours but 4-5 time that 48-72 hour has passed they did not gave any solution. Now i want that order with the panalty. Order No:[protected]. They have updated the wrong docket number of ecom express, When i conform from ecom courier they told that paytm did not hand over any material to us.
