Paytm — NOT delivered ORDER NO.[protected]

I placed a PREPAID order on 26 of Jan.On 6 Feb courier man said that this is COD order and refuse to give me the parcel. After that I make number of complain to Paytm but did not receive any detail about my order. But today on 14 Feb I receive conformation from Paytm that my order is delivered. Is this is a JOKE? On courier website it is showing UNDELIVERED and you are saying that it is delivered. Refund my amount NOW... WAYBILL NO. 04061432 RED EXPRESS REFERENCE NO.
