[Resolved] Paytm — Not getting refund on damaged on not operational product by paytm | |||||
I have booked a black skmei 1016 analog-digital watch on paytm on 15th jan 2017 order no is [protected] amount to rs. 538 with shipping charges. the product/watch i got is not working so i ordered for a refund. after 5 days they approved for a refund but now they are least bothered for return pick up and returning the money back. they allotted a courier for pick but it has cancelled in his status. i just want my money back anyhow. Feb 2, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved The company has sent a courier guy for return pick up. The amount is returned within 8-10 days of complain.
