Paytm — Not got cashback

I purchased a new microsoft lumia 435 phone on 16 mar 2015 and I was told that I would get caskback of Rs 250 on recharge of 150 or more one time in s month for 5 months I.e. total 1250 rs but I did a recharge about a week ago and till now not got anything .
