Paytm — Not proper information available on site regarding product & now not responding | |||
I have filed a complaint on 13th march having subject : I have ordered the external hard disk with paytm order ref :[protected] and paytm shipment id :[protected] last week. I get the hard disk yesterday but it was the hard disk with power adapter but i want without external power. Please give the solution for this concern. I want it to be replaced with without external powered HD. Please take necessary action as soon as possible. I will be very thankful to you. After that i got the call from paytm and they said we will refund you but that time I dont have my debit card ready so i told them that i will call him in evening but from that 20th march evening, number is coming switch off. Infact their official numbers are also coming switch off. The number from which i got the call is +91-[protected] and their official number is [protected], i.e also switch off.
