Paytm — Not received the refund money | |||
Myself MD SHAHID RAZA had ordered a black loafer shoe from PAYTM.But I received the blue color shoe instead of black. I had returned the product but still now I could not Got my refund money. I had mail them also but they are not responding. Was this information helpful? | |||

I placed an order for 2 puma t-shirts on Mar 5, 2015 order no.[protected]. Until now I have not received the product. When I contact customer care they take 4-5 days to respond and say they will resolve the issue in 3-4 days and the same thing happened 5-10 times until now and still waiting for the refund. The customer care of Paytm is of no use to the customer when needed. Please suggest me on how to proceed legally to get my money back. Pathetic customer service.
