Hi I used your site paytm on 3rd June 2011 and I made a payment for 50Rs. as the transaction id number 032714 / 7399. But I have not received any transaction on my mobile & the charge is debit from my account kindly refund my money

Hello I recharged my reliance digital tv no.[protected] for Rs 250 using SBI net banking.Your site told me that bank refused the transaction but Rs 250 have been debited.No transaction slip was generated.SBI sent me sms that the transaction to Paytm was successfull but u are saying that it was unsuccessfull and now I have Rs 250 deducted for no reasons.Kindly look into the matter.

Hi Pay tm...I am your regular customer.On 6th December, 2012 i recharged with RS100, But still i dont get my mobile recharged and inspite of this my account debited with RS100. so sir either recharge my no. or return my money soon.my mob. no. is [protected]
Hello sir..on 7th Dec 2012 i recharged my mobile two times with RS 50.My nubber did'nt get rechrge but my money was deducted.Althogh Pay Tm has returned the money to bank, but still they did'nt aapears in my account.order no. were., 59557324, 59546841...and my phone no. is [protected]
