Paytm — Order# [protected] Defective Product - No Resolution | |

I have been provided a defective piece for the Kindle Paperwhite I purchased of which I have already submitted proof in the form of pictures and got my concern validated but I still haven't received any resolution.
When I urged for a replacement my request was turned down stating it is against the policies. I then settled for a replacement but only from my updated address, of which I had explicitly mentioned in all my mails.
I was then asked to wait for three days which has now been more than a week without any resolution.
I had reallocated to Lucknow from Mumbai of which I had mentioned even in my first conversation with Paytm so it is not possible for me to provide the product to someone who can return it in my place which is the only workaround Paytm executives have provided me when I have asked them to have it picked up from my updated address. This too they mentioned being against their policies o[censored]pdating the address even though I had mentioned the updated address in my first mail I had sent out regarding the defective product.
Have the product collected from my address without further delay -

Even after twenty five email conversations I have not got any resolution with most replies being automated and others stating the same thing over and over again.
