[Resolved]  Paytm — Order and money both Stuck

I have ordered earphone and powerbank through paytm before 17 days, and in 2 days they have shipped the item as their information shows. But still I didn't get my order. I have called to their courier service javas and they told me they didn't receive anything After that I have asked many times by email (cause no other contact option is available) to paytm but they are not replying properly, and right now I am fed up. I want my order or money as soon as possible. So, please help me.
