[Resolved] Paytm — Order No.[protected] dt 13/10/2014 | |||
I paid Rs. 1213/- for MTNL land line bill on 13/10/2014 at 12.32pm for account number [protected] but I have not received any confirmation of payment from Paytm and MTNL. MTNL site still shows this bill of Rs.1213 as outstanding. If I had paid the bill directly at MTNL website, it would have got updated as PAID immediately but by using paytm, I have landed in trouble as the payment is not yet confirmed. What is the use of paying through paytm portal ? I am wondering now. Please take necessary action immediately and confirm the payment to restore the confidence. Secondly, there is no effective customer care number where the customer can discuss the issue.
