Paytm — order not cancelled

hai, i have booked a bus ticket through paytm and i cannot travel on that date date, so i login to cancel but cancel option was not available. so i wrote a email to payt, to cancel. they reponded after 2 days. but they said they will take the request and wait for 72 hrs but till now they did not cancel the order and no responce till now. have attached the responce of them...
