Paytm — Order not delivered but showing delivered on its portal

Possibly the worst experience i have ever had with an online shopping portal. I hope no one ever goes through this ordeal and I also hope never to buy from paytm again. Highly unprofessional, totally unethical and unpleasant experience of purchasing from here. Please go through the ordeal that I had to face. I had ordered a Maybelline liner(ref order no.[protected]) from Paytm.com on 5th June 2015. At the time of placing the order, the promised delivery date was 7th June. I didn't receive any notification about delivery until 9th June. I happened to call up (lack of) Customer Care on 9th June to figure out whether the order would be delivered or not. My call was transferred to Ms. Radhika who said that the order would be delivered in another couple of days time and gave vague reasons as to why it was delayed. After waiting for couple of days more, I happened to call up the customer care almost on a daily basis but every time I get the same standard response that it will be delivered in couple of days. Finally, after several frustrating phone calls, paytm felt the need to escalate, to someone named Mr. Manish who promised to look into my case and have the order delivered on a priority basis. Given my experience with earlier empty assurances, I wanted this to be given in writing over e-mail, to which Mr. Manish agreed and sent a mail immediately promising that the product will be delivered in two days. I could see that the mail was delivered in my inbox, but to my shock it was recalled/deleted immediately. Sadly, I didn't take a screenshot of the email that supposed (now non existent) Mr.Manish had sent. I again had to go through the painful process of calling up customer care and this time the call got escalated to someone called Mr. Mayank. I thought i had had enough surprises, but this one takes the cake, Mr.Mayank tells me that there is no one called Mr. Manish in the organization, but the product will be delivered in a days time. Today is 23rd of June and in spite of calling paytm 20 times, I have to face their callous attitude saying that "the ticket has been escalated, what more do you want?" Frankly, anyone in my place would want to throw the phone in their face for their pathetic attitude. If a company can do such unscrupulous things like recalling mail, denying existence of their employee and asking me what more I want(when they haven't still delivered the product), I wonder what all other things they are capable of. I am not sure if you guys even care to understand the frustration customers go through as its not just about a product purchase, but more of an experience that is well and truly pathetic.
