Paytm — Order rejected by me and after that got message order has been delivered. | |||||
Hi Team, Starting from the beginning Am the regular customer of Paytm you look into my account for the same. My last order no[protected] that's I rejected at the time of delivery and after that I received a message from Paytm that your order has been successfully delivered instead rejected. This package coming via FedEx logistics. Then I called to FedEx customer care, they told me that your order is rejected and now it's on the way to return the seller. FedEx generate this package return tracking ID, that's snapshot is attached there for your reference. All details are clear but your cs team is neglecting for the same. They are telling me your package has been delivered. If you aren't busy then please call FedEx customer care and then they'll clear all misunderstanding. Snapshot is attached please see it . And update any necessary things are in my account. Am employee of Amazon.in and regular shopper of Paytm but this time Paytm cs team make me very disappointed . Your cs team needs to train educate about all logistics terms and conditions. I also applied online in Paytm for Team Lead profile. Look into my issue and take appropriate action on high priority basis please. No one is understanding my problem. So please resolve this.
