Paytm — Payment failed but balance deducted

I paid the institution fee through paytm on 22/07/2016.It showed me the status that payment has been failed but the amount of rs.75200 was deducted from my bank account.The money is not yet refunded by the company.My transaction id is 55633150 and order id is [protected].Please look into it as soon as possible and add my money back into my bank account...
