Paytm — Payment of returned product not recieved. | |||
Hi, On march 21, 2015 I had ordered a JBL Bluetooth speaker at PAYTM for Rs. 4950. When the speaker was delivered I realized that this was not the original speaker and the quality of this speaker was way less than what actual JBL speaker had. So I requested a return of same and refund of money to me. On 1st April 2015 they transferred Rs. 4950 into my paytm wallet but same day they withdrew the amount as they told that some mistake has been happened from their side(scrren shot attached of same). When I raised the issue they asked me many things like the courier slip and all. Even though I provided them the return courier slip till date they haven't given me any kind of refund. They have kept me in a vicious circle every time by repeating the same steps: 1. First they will ask me for return courier slip. 2. Once I provide the same, they tell me to wait for 72 hours as some complaint has been registered with their internal team. 3. I get a mail that refund has been done in my wallet. 4. Once I check the wallet I see there is no refund done and they have just lied to me. 5. When I inform them the same no reply is given by paytm. 6. After some days they contact me again and ask me the courier slip. this cycle is repeating from past so many days. I am tired with paytm services and no proper contact is done with them.
