My experience with Paytm was very bad. They send me wrong colored phone also cancelled my return request. The customer service is too bad and behaving like the.They even don't know how to behave with customer.they just know the copy paste work as I got the same mail every time, even I asked some questions to them. very very very bad experience with Paytm.
