Paytm — Paytm is not responding for refund of my money from last 17-18 Days

Dear Sir, I have tried to recharge my DTH with INR 200 on dated[protected] the transaction number was 214986E43DD305BF & my order number was[protected] but my transaction was failed and then I received a email that “ We are processing your money in the bank account “. Now It is almost more then 15 days, I am writing to Paytm to refund my money back in my bank account but from their side I am not getting any response that when they are refunding my money back or what they are doing with my money, I have not received a single email that resolve my problem and give me satisfaction that my money is safe and they will refund in my account . I have written so many emails and reminders to [protected]@paytm.com but I am not getting any proper reply with them and if you write something to resolve the problem then you have to wait for their reply for 3-4 days with the most worst way which can not resolving any problem . They have not any contact number one number which is toll free (i.e[protected] continously showing engage tone or if you are lucky then only computer will speak “ that let us know your order number and after filling the order number phone disconnected by saying very shortly we will email you . “ It is very surprising and pathetic that the services provided by the Paytm I am totally disappointed and willing to write you to solve my problem and refund my money in my account, if you required their emails then I will send you the screen shots or forward their emails to you . I will also plan to write to Honrable Prime Minister in their webpage that they have to pay attention by making a regulating body for online websites or make a law for all online recharges websites or shopping websites & I hope by this a customer like me save our money and time both . Hoping to resolve my problem with the help of you. Thanks Saurabh
