Paytm — paytm making unnecessary excuses and delay in return pickup for my laptop order | |||
Hi, I bought a laptop online on 30th sept 2018, there was a hardware fault and one of the hinges was not perfect. So i raised a replacement request, and the product i received in my replacement order is also the same. Now i chasing behind paytm from last 5-6 days. And after waiting 30 mins on the call, they say the same thing that issue has been escalated to the concerned team and they will revert back soon. And some time back they started asking me to visit hp service center and get the report for the return. I asked them when i bought online, why i need to take bear all this pain, is it their responsibility to deliver genuine products.
