Paytm — Paytm shows successful but didn't get my recharge

I have been using paytym to recharge my bsnl number for quite a long time.
This is the second time when bsnl 3g recharge for 68 have been shown sucessfull by paytym, but didnt get recharged. Both time i got my paytym confirmation message for the recharge.
The reference number for last recharge is [protected]
the mobile number i recharged is [protected]
