I had transfered rs 2900 to a bank account and money was deducted from my account but the payment is still pending, i have made many complaints to company but they are not responding. the customer care numbers are not responding.
company is not listening to the customer complaints, strict actions should be taken on this account.

I request you to kindly help me in resolving this issue.

I transferred Rs 850 from my Paytm A/C to my bank. It has been around 20 hours and the transaction is still pending. This is absolutely unacceptable for a company that harps on the self-aggrandizement of being trustworthy. I have already sent an e-mail since the consumer service does not allow for calls. If the amount is not returned asap then I will be forced to take legal action. I'd request you to not take this lightly because I have both the means and necessary vindictiveness to drag this on for years.
