Paytm — Product have not delivered yet

I have make purchase one sandals from paytm on 21st april 2015. committed date of delivery was 30th of april but still i did not get that order, When i write email then every time they reply we will solve yr problem within 48-72 hours but 4-5 time that 48-72 hour has passed they did not gave any solution. Now my order has shipped but not delivered (Order No:[protected]. They have updated the docket number (UNIPAYP1926431) of Gojavas courier, When i conform from Gojavas courier they told that Same thinks sir 48-72 hours your order delivered.but yet it is not delivered my product i have also complaint number from gojavas courier (complaint num-715747).
