[Resolved] Paytm — Product is not received but showing order status is delivered in paytm

Hi Sir,
I had ordered Bean Bag on 14 dec 2015 of order no : [protected] for 2500rs. They Had given wrong Tracking number for courier partner FEDEX and the Tracking Number is "[protected]" ...Immediately I had contacted fedex customer about the tracking number and they said our fedex tracking number will be 11 digits and then i had informed to Paytm...they said we will look out your issue and resolve in 72 hours but later after two days i had seen the status as my order is delivered.
Once again i had contacted with paytm and raise a ticket about my issue ...till now the order was not delivered to me and paytm support is very worst and they keep on saying we will resolve your issue next 72 hours ...It is almost one month and they didn't comeback and at least they are not calling to me about my ticket . My Paytm Ticket no is :[protected]...
Please help me out to get back my money
One thing i should say ...Please make a new rule in IT LAW saying that every online shopping website should have customer care number on home page and the customer should connect the online support representative within 3 mins. If these things does not happen then the online sopping website should be block and they don'st have rights to promote there ad's in TV and Internet
