Paytm — Product not delivered duplicate signature done and not giving proof for delivery

Hi, I am following up with paytm since last 9-10 months. and still issue is not resolved. everytime they come with they will call back but not giving. I was placing bulk pieces of mobile handset and 3 mobiles on paytm they shown it's deliver and actual it wasn't. They are not even following up with courier service. And not responding to mail also now. 3 Mobile handset worth around 51000/- they are not giving. I might have registered FIR but after that I am located to other city so can't follow up with police so registering complaint here. I have proof of all mail chains.
