Paytm — Received a bicycle with broken brake handle | |||
I had ordered a bicycle with Order No:[protected]. When I received the bicycle I found that the brake handle was broken. I raised a complaint to [protected]@paytm but Paytm has the worst customer care service ever. They don't reply to the ticket even after asking for updates multiple times. Their phone lines are always busy and there is virtually no way to get heard. Whats the point of giving discounts and giving faulty products and not addressing the issues of customer. Big failure in e-commerce, you guys should have just stuck with Mobile payments Was this information helpful? | |||
