Paytm — received damaged product | |||
I have ordered MACGREEN TAB from paytm with order number[protected]. I have received a damaged product. I have mailed for paytm customer care but i have not received any reply . non of the representative have called me back. What shall i do now. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have received tablet before two days. Camera is not working. And the tablet is also not working properly. But no response after complaining the same. No customer care number on which i can talk to them. Bad experience with purchase from Paytm. Really worst service.

I have ordered nova sandwich maker on April 20 and also received item by 23rd April... v have opened the item after 2 days only bcz v need to present as birthday gift... v shocked by seeing the product bcz v received totally damaged piece... v need to return product.. need return procedure as soon as possible...

I have oredered a Nikon D5100 DSLR on 15th April 2015 and received on 20th april 2015. When i opened the packaging of this product i found a crack on the camera . After that I sent a mail to the Paytm Care and care told to me to send some pictures of that product. I have complete that formality but the Paytm Care did not reply after that. Please help me.
