Paytm — Recharge failed, but website showing successful

I have tried to recharge my mobile for 3 consecutive trys but money debited from my account, but recharge not received. In paytm site it is showing successful message, i have mail several times showing no recharge of any amount in my mobile, atleast they are not responding to several complaints. Worst experience and i got mail saying that "recharge successful and no need to mail again".
