Paytm — Recharge failed Payment deducted not refunded yet

Address:Churu, Rajasthan

I have recharged for Rs. 1499/- MTS M blaze data card No. [protected] on[protected] txn id M[protected], Payment deducted from credit card but recharge failed. I mark the mail to paytm on[protected]. But till now I didn't get my money back. Paytm mail comes after 4 days on[protected] with saying problem resolved. Not mention of my refund status or my deducted amount Again mark the mail to paytm for same, no response till now.
