Paytm — Refund after returning product

It is very very bad experience with paytm guys while receiving refund I am still struggling to get refund for order number[protected] . Every time new guy replies to you asking for something but will never revert you back . Again if you ask for status another guy will ask you something and will never revert I am frustrated for chasing every 2-3 days and it has been more than 2 months Then I started and other mail chain again same thing is being repeated . I am going to paste full mail conversation with date Hi Team Are you still waiting for any confirmation to refund my money in Paytm wallet ? You can see product has been returned and acknowledged by Seller also that they have received on 30-Jan’15, But still not processed what is TAT on your side ? What are you waiting for, why the refund is not yet done in my account ?
